The National Service Scheme (NSS) is an Indian Government Sponsored public service program conducted by the Depatment of Youth Affairs and Sports. NSS is a voluntary association of young people in colleges, universities and at +2 levels working for a campus community linkage, aimed at developing student's personality through community service.

The college NSS with the motto: "Not Me But You" undertakes institutional, rural and urban projects on a small scale to kindle students service consciousness. The NSS organises resourceful programme for students in the light on the need of the community, and to develop in them a strong sense of Democratic Leadership through self involvement. Bailey Baptist College, NSS undertakes programmes like Special Camping, Environment Enrichment and Conservation, campaign on Swach Bharat, Educational and Recreational activities etc.
